Leadership Development Programme
This is a series of up to twelve training events and workshops that provide the participants with a solid grounding in the skills required to be a manager. It is ideal for anyone stepping into management for the first time or for those with the potential to become managers. The programme also helps to deliver positive succession management. The candidates are taken through a full range of soft skills training which will not only enhance their abilities but also significantly improve their confidence.
