Team Performance workshop
A full-day workshop for managers and their teams, this is designed to find ways for teams to improve their collective performance and achieve their team objectives. The process engages the whole team in the definition and implementation of improvements to working practices followed by ongoing development. The outcome enhances the team’s sense of self-worth and improves interpersonal working relationships. Post-workshop coaching is offered to help embed the workshop outputs.

Customer Service training

The course consists off our modules delivered over two days. Topics include ‘defining the customer’, ‘assertiveness’, ‘communication’ and ‘negotiation’.
